After your registration, you must transfer the amount of your registration to the association "BRETZEL TEAM".
Online registration is required.
Only after receiving your payment, your name will appear in the official start list!
The date of your registration will be the date of your payment! So the rate applied will be that of the date of your payment as well.
However, the other options (meals, tents, etc.) can be booked and paid for later, but no later than 7 days before the start of the event.
You have up to 7 days before the start of the event to make your reservations on your registration form. Your registration can be changed online, as many times as you need, up to 7 days before the start of the event, (after paying the main registration fee).
Meal tickets will be available on the day of the race, but with a 20% surcharge charged by our supplier.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS FOR THE ATHLETE AND HIS TEAM :

A meal service is available. All meals for team members are not included. You must reserve them in the registration form. You have up to 7 days before the start of the event to make your reservation on your registration form. You can change your registration online on "SPORKRONO" as many times as you need (after paying the main registration fee).
A bicycle repair service is available in the BRETZEL VILLAGE. The amount of the service is to be paid directly to the mechanic.
A refreshment bar will be at your disposal.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
General case :
If you cancel before April 15, 2021: 100% of the amount of your registration and options will be refunded.
If you cancel after April 15, 2021: upon presentation of a medical certificate indicating your incapacity, 50% of the amount of your registration and options will be refunded.
If you cancel after May 15, 2021: No refund.
We are sportsmen, if an athlete is the victim of an accident, serious illness, etc… and cannot be at the start of his race, we will study on a "case by case" basis, to find the best solution ... This can be a refund partial or total, postponement of registration, etc ...
Case of "force majeure" or beyond our control (pandemic, not enough participants, prefectural decree, storms, etc.):
If the organizer is forced to cancel or postpone the event, for reasons beyond their control, here is what is proposed:
1st case: postponement of the event to a later date in the same year:
a) Your registration is automatically postponed to this new date.
If you cannot attend the event on the new proposed date:
b) We can suggest that you postpone your registration to the next edition.
c) You may be offered a partial reimbursement of 60% (the 40% retained covers the costs already incurred). But if you register for the next edition, we will deduct from your registration the 40% retained for the current year. The goal is that no one loses and that the event can survive.
d) As suggested by organizations in France, you can donate all or part of your registration to help us provide you with a better next edition.
We admit that solution c) is the most difficult for us to manage.
Now, if an insufficient number of competitors wish to participate in the race on the postponed date of the current year or if we receive further instructions, we will have to cancel the edition and carry over to the following year.
2nd case: If the event is canceled:
Your registration is automatically carried over to the following year.
If you can't attend the next year's event:
a) We can suggest that you postpone your registration to the n + 2 edition.
b) You may be offered a partial reimbursement of 60% (the 40% retained covers the costs already incurred). But if you register for the next edition n + 1, we will deduct from your registration the 40% retained for the current year "n". The goal is that no one loses and that the event can survive.
C) As suggested by organizations in France, you can donate all or part of your registration to help us provide you with a better next edition.
